Some accountants do not give their clients enough time and attention to benefit and grow their business. Sometimes the reason is lack of expertise; often it is lack of time. The client may feel that he cannot get the support that he needs. Client service is my specialty. l offer a monthly consultation where my clients can ask questions and get advice on the current issues in their business. My clients receive the help they need at a price that is easily affordable.

Another important point is that we also agree on certain rules of co-operation well before entering into a service agreement about accounting. These rules lay out our responsibilities and the rights of you as a client. Experience has shown that this paves the way for a better working relationship... resulting in more benefits for the client.

Sharp & Co. uses both high-tech and traditional approaches to communicate with clients.  My audio-video cam allows you to meet with the accountant, even when you are travelling around the world.    l also use more traditional communication methods such as in-person, by telephone, by email, or by fax.
